Welcome to Envigour Pilates, we are a small pilates studio based in Woodford Green, providing a bespoke service for clients wanting to work either on a private, semi-private basis or in small groups of five. We offer a fun, friendly environment, so our clients feel comfortable, receive lots of attention and correction to improve their technique and reach their own personal goals. We have the right class for you here, if you just getting back into exercise again, a little bit apprehensive or if you looking to challenging yourself further, need help with reaching your own personal goals whether its running the marathon or 5K! Our classes are kept small (max 5) to ensure 100% attention is given to each participant. We run a bespoke program where clients are treated individually when taking part in a class and this is why we keep our classes small so that the teacher can focus on each and everyone personally.

Our openings hours for private sessions are 8am – 12pm & 2-9pm Tuesday to Friday and 8am-3pm on Saturdays.

The studio is open during group classes and private sessions only. To visit our studio for a tour, or to enquire about hiring the studio or any of our classes, please contact us.

Return / Refund Policy

• Payment for all classes must be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place

• Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded

• Cancellations prior to 48 hours will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost
